Officers ticketed 13 protesters on Saturday for violating the Public Health Order limiting outdoor gatherings to 10 persons.

"I know of so many people who have personally had to deal with it and I really feel like someone needs to give them a voice."

A total of 590,952 doses have now been given in Saskatchewan — 66 per cent of people ages 30 and up have received their first dose.

"The longer we talk, the more understanding they are and they simply want to have that conversation," says Saskatchewan MP Cathay Wagantall.

For all other residents, eligibility to book for second doses will be announced according to the age-based and priority sequencing of first doses.

"Sometimes people like to think more large-scale, and sometimes just fixing bus routes and bike routes is a good enough first step."

No suspects have been located at this time and the investigation is ongoing.
